Architecture

An independent local daemon owns the append-only ledger, workspace leases, checkpoints and process groups. The Codex plugin is a small stdio bridge. A Strands supervisor returns typed advice; local deterministic policy authorizes dispatch. Protected tests run outside worker write scope.
